Apex at Eastlake

Project Details

Apex at Eastlake is a Class A multi-tenant industrial complex geared towards small to mid-size businesses. Planned with flexibility in mind, each two-storey unit features a mezzanine for expandable space and multiple loading configurations that respond to varying tenants needs.

The complex consists of two 90,000 square foot buildings with a centralized auto court. The auto court features accessible truck access and service lanes which integrate regular commercial traffic flow. The truck configuration and auto court were examined to balance loading functionality with optimal use of site space.

The exterior design incorporates bands of wood composite and corrugated metal, which articulate the individuality of the units. The pronounced façade projections create a dynamic front elevation with well-defined and inviting tenant storefronts. The variety of materials and textures on the exterior add to the inviting nature of the buildings for employees and visitors. The interior is complete with high-quality base building specifications and turn-key construction options.
