A walkable and user-friendly connectivity hub to the Cooper’s Crossing neighbourhood and surrounding areas, Cooper’s Town Promenade provides a lively enhancement to a location already rich with personality.

The neighbourhood’s history extends back over 100 years to a single family with roots grounded in farming and community service. While the area has grown beyond its farming legacy, the neighbourhood continues to hold the values of nature, community and connectivity at its core. Cooper’s Town Promenade is an extension of these values, adding retail, restaurants and office space to the community-focused area.

With an overall development of 130,000 square feet, Cooper’s Town is designed to encourage pedestrian circulation with maximized parking efficiency. Shoppers can stroll through the open-air stage, outdoor patios and plaza while enjoying the public art and site lighting created to enhance and encourage these public experiences.

The wide sidewalks, pedestrian pathways, breezeway and arcades all provide an improved pedestrian experience and promote the people-centred and inclusive approach of the Promenade’s design. Anchored by a major grocery store, its other tenants include medical and dental offices, dining, and a mix of retail and restaurants which create the opportunity to live, shop and play all in one area.
