The Shore is a contemporary interpretation of Kelowna’s unique culture—strategically located to support urban residential densification. Featuring generous sidewalks and an internal plaza, the design encourages residents and guests to sit, reflect, gather, and celebrate as a community. The publicly accessible plaza enhances the pedestrian realm and contributes to the vibrancy of the surrounding neighbourhood.

The building comprises 103 rental residential apartments, one level of office space, ground floor retail and restaurant, and amenities including a state-of-the-art fitness facility and rooftop gathering space overlooking Lake Okanagan complete with outdoor seating, fire table, and barbecue. One-, two- and three-bedroom short-term vacation suites as well as longer-term apartments are available, providing residents and travelers with an opportunity to enjoy the all that Kelowna has to offer. Parking is tucked underneath the building allowing for maximum retail frontage and ample outdoor amenity space.
