Bridge at Bridgeland is a 16-storey mixed-use residential tower that offers retail at grade along with 285 purpose-built rental suites. This thoughtfully designed, multi-tiered development embodies holistic design using strategies of context-based massing and façade treatments to foster a healthy community and an active urban environment. This project supports the ongoing effort to increase density and provide a place where people can live, shop, dine, work and connect all in one area.
Implementation of two public plazas located along the northeast and southwest corners of the site activate the public realm. The plazas feature decorative hardscape and softscape elements complete with street furniture and lighting. Decorative concrete paving and scaled light poles bisect the plaza, inviting pedestrians to “round the corner”, through this public space, providing a dynamic place for both diverse residents and visitors to enjoy.
