As part of our larger comprehensive plan, the project was delivered in two phases. Comprising four towers ranging from 14 to 25 storeys, Oak & Co. Condominiums feature a total of 750 units, offering one- to three-bedroom floorplans. The towers enclose the park on three sides, providing breathtaking views through expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. Clad with patterned brick, precast concrete, and aluminum, the transit-oriented development provides a visually distinctive residential community that provides increased density in Oakville.
The towers rise above two podiums with lush roof-top gardens spread across three levels. These thoughtfully designed gardens maximize sunlight and provide unobstructed views in all directions. In contrast, the southwest corner of the site offers an active urban environment with access to shopping and transit. The main southwest entrance and retail core greet residents and visitors with a welcoming arrangement of trees lining the entrance drive. This engaging design extends across the entrance plaza, seamlessly connecting with the surrounding woodland.
