The 33 Yonge Street tower is centrally located within Toronto’s financial district and historic St. Lawrence neighbourhood. To provide tenants with flexible commuter options, GWL Realty Advisors tasked Zeidler with retrofitting a portion of the garage into a safe and secure facility for 240 bicycles. The space is fit-out with horizontal, vertical, double-stacked and secured bike storage and is equipped with a maintenance repair stand. The design includes 240 lockers within a shower and changeroom area, with the addition of a universal washroom to ensure access for all users.
