Adapting legacy buildings is integral to urban regeneration. As we move towards a sustainable future, we can look to our underperforming assets to take advantage of their embodied carbon. Stephen Avenue Place is one example of the value Zeidler brings in understanding the complexity of repurposing existing buildings. This work builds off of our Bow Valley Square podium revitalization and Cube commercial office to residential conversion projects. We provide innovative approaches that respond to changing market conditions and promote the vibrancy of our downtowns.
