Since establishing an office in Vancouver two years ago, Zeidler Architecture continues to experience steady growth, with numerous ongoing projects on the west coast.

With studios in both Vancouver and Victoria, our team is well-attuned to understand the unique opportunities within each region. Our team is currently engaged in many exciting developments across the province in various sectors. The firm’s BC leadership team includes partners James D Brown, Interior Design Studio Lead Margo Smith, as well as Managing Directors Marcos Hui (Vancouver) and Miroslaw Paprotny (Victoria).

In Vancouver, Zeidler recently announced the submission of a rezoning application for a new hotel along the city’s Broadway corridor, representing a significant milestone for the office. On Vancouver Island, our team is engaged on multiple projects in the academic, healthcare and residential sectors. Additional ongoing work in our west coast offices includes a high-profile tower repositioning project currently in design, tenant fit outs for several government agencies both in Vancouver and on the island, and a Passive House project in Vancouver.

In addition to a growing west coast portfolio, Zeidler wishes to welcome Srinidhi Sridar to the BC team, who is joining the firm as an Intern Architect. “Our office strives to scout for unique talent and personalities who help shape the fabric of our studio,” says Marcos Hui. “Srinidhi does exactly this by contributing her extensive experience in healthcare, mixeduse and multifamily sectors along with her enthusiastic attitude and warm personality. We look forward to her contributions to our BC studios.”

With over 100 professionals in four offices across Canada, we collaborate nationally on projects, helping to deliver lasting value for clients and their communities. Having offices in different regions across the country allows our team to draw on specific expertise and to deliver projects that are conscious of local needs. Our team is excited to expand our west coast presence, continuing to partner with clients and communities to create projects that provide long-term value.
