Creativity drives Miroslaw. In his role as Managing Director of the Victoria studio, he is always pushing his own creativity and driving teams to achieve great design. Miroslaw has a long history of leading successful projects on Vancouver Island, developing innovative and sustainable projects through a responsive approach. He draws inspiration from the natural architecture environment of the Island, which is a common subject of his photography.

Miroslaw has strong interest in sustainable and environmentally-driven design and in the protection of heritage places. He listens closely to his clients and collaborates with teams to achieve project goals—whether these be implementing geothermal power in new developments, or enhancing the beauty and longevity of heritage buildings.
