BMO Place

Project Details

BMO Place is a progressive flagship designed to align with the Bank of Montreal’s business transformation. Focused on strategic partnerships, industry-leading customer service and investment in technology, the Campus reimagines the traditional workspace as a vibrant, collaborative environment.

Located within the former Sears retail space at the CF Toronto Eaton Centre, the design transforms the previously opaquely clad façade with transparent glazing to raise the building’s prominence. Two central atriums connect four-storeys with 350,000 square feet of multi-functional workspaces. Zeidler completed the revitalized base building shell as Executive Architects and delivered the interior design fit-out of BMO Academy on the sixth and seventh floors.
