Margo Smith, Senior Associate

Inspired by the unique needs of each client, Margo loves the research, planning and project details that make it all come together. Margo has been instrumental in helping establish our Vancouver studio since joining in 2020 as Interior Design Studio Lead. She is well-established in the Western Canadian market with over 25 years of experience. Outside of the studio, Margo is on the 2022 CREW Vancouver Board of Directors as Co-Director of Sponsorships.

Fiona Warren, Associate 

As a strong leader, Fiona excels in leveraging the strengths and abilities of each team member. She is a mentor within our studios, motivating and empowering other team members. Throughout her career, Fiona has had the opportunity to take projects from schematic design through to completion. Her continuous involvement on some of our largest and most complex projects ensures that the design intent is carried through implementation and construction. Her strength in relationship building, clear communication style, and her ability to inspire teams are key to Fiona’s ability to successfully deliver ambitious projects.

Kyle Niznik, Associate 

In-depth knowledge, a breadth of diverse experience, and a calm demeanor ensure that Kyle excels in his role as Senior Contract Administrator. With over 20 years of industry experience, Kyle has worked on a variety of building typologies in a diverse range of sectors. He provides the highest level of constructability for the contractor, ensuring our clients’ best interests are served. Kyle provides oversight for the quality of workmanship both on site and in the studio where he shares his knowledge, always happy to answer a question. A confident and calm communicator, Kyle’s demeanor and democratic approach make him an asset to our team.

Sukhpreet Kaur, Associate

An architect with Zeidler, Sukhpreet designs spaces that inspire users – spaces that foster connection and become people’s places. She is proactive, approaches her work with enthusiasm, and is skilled at finding design solutions that spark curiosity and are an extension of the landscape. Sukhpreet is also a volunteer, d.talks member and chair of m/x committee of d.talks. She is involved in the ‘untold City’ tour series, revealing hidden histories and the architectural gems: the weird, the wild and the uncanny that make up the urban fabric of Calgary.

Tyler Loewenhardt, Associate 

Tyler exhibits passion and dedication in delivering successful projects for both our clients and the communities in which we work. Within our studio, Tyler is a champion of team culture and mentorship, engaging and guiding team members with energy and enthusiasm. He appreciates the diverse talent at Zeidler and enjoys seeing what each team member can bring to a project to take it to the next level. Tyler builds strong relationships with our clients, collaborates to deliver the project vision and support our firm’s continued growth.
