Bill believes that team-building is essential to project success. His leadership approach is based on mentorship and creating cohesive design teams with clients and industry partners. In order to support continuous improvement of Zeidler staff, he has helped implement an internal mentorship program that encourages holistic, self-directed career development.
Bill places a high level of importance on design: creating thoughtful technical solutions out of complex situations. He makes recommendations to his clients based on a thorough understanding of their needs as well as his established and wide-ranging experience. His collaborative management style and detailed project approach leads to realizing big-picture goals for clients and communities.
