We are currently seeking an Interior Designer to join the Toronto Studio to work across various exciting projects.

Job Summary

The Intermediate Interior Designer is an intermediate-level contributor who plays a key role in design development, documentation, and project coordination. The role includes increased responsibility in producing contract documents and contributing to design direction under the guidance of senior staff.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Documentation

  • Develop design ideas and contribute to the evolution of the overall concept.
  • Prepare presentations and design packages with limited oversight.
  • Create and develop detailed drawings and documentation in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Assist with FF&E selections, layouts, and schedules

Project Support and Coordination

  • Coordinate with consultants and disciplines to integrate building systems and interior elements.
  • Assist in contract administration tasks including RFIs, shop drawing review, and site visits.
  • Participate in internal and external project meetings.
  • Track and update product specifications and material boards.
  • Ensure all work aligns with the firm’s Project Delivery standards, including proper use of filing systems, adherence to architectural procedures, and compliance with drawing and documentation protocols.

Team and Culture

  • Contribute to a positive studio culture through collaboration and mentorship of junior staff.
  • Be responsive to feedback and take initiative in problem-solving.
  • Support knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Able to work in a collaborative, in-office environment (100% in-office presence required to support direct team engagement and effective cross-functional coordination).

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Interior Design from a recognized institution.
  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Registered Interior Designer in good standing with a provincial interior design association (e.g., AAA, ARIDO, IDA, IDIBC) is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong design and detailing skills.
  • Experience with contract documentation and project coordination.

Project Accountant

We are currently seeking a Project Accountant for our Toronto Studio.  

Job Summary

The Project Accountant provides advanced support for project and corporate accounting processes, including billing, expense reconciliation, project setup, and financial analysis. This role also trains staff in ERP systems and ensures alignment with financial controls and reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project and Corporate Accounting

  • Review and reconcile employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions.
  • Support mid-month and month-end EFT processing and cash flow management.
  • Set up new projects in ERP system; ensure accuracy in billing and financial tracking.
  • Assist with financial statement preparation and internal financial reporting.
  • Provide financial analysis and support forecasting and budgeting efforts.
  • Ensure all work aligns with the firm’s Project Delivery standards, including proper use of filing systems, adherence to architectural procedures, and compliance with drawing and documentation protocols.

Team Collaboration and Training

  • Collaborate with Project Managers on project metrics and profitability analysis.
  • Lead ERP onboarding and training for new staff.
  • Support leadership and CFO with ad hoc analyses and reporting.
  • Participate in a fully in-office environment to support team effectiveness and responsiveness.
  • Able to work in a collaborative, in-office environment (100% in-office presence required to support direct team engagement and effective cross-functional coordination).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in Accounting.
  • 5–10 years of project accounting experience; A/E or professional services background preferred.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Deltek Ajera, Vantagepoint preferred).
  • Strong financial analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

We are currently seeking a Proposal Specialist to join our Toronto Studio. The ideal candidate brings strong writing and editing skills, as well as a deep understanding of creating compelling proposals.

Job Summary

The Proposals Specialist plays a central role in preparing proposals and marketing materials to support business development efforts. Collaborating closely with the national marketing team, leadership, and design staff, this role helps to position the firm for growth across Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy + Collaboration

  • Work with partners, principals, and project teams to respond to RFQs, RFPs, and EOIs
  • Contribute to the strategic positioning of pursuits, including content planning and team coordination.

Content Development

  • Develop, write, and design high-quality, competitive proposals in response to RFPs.
  • Ensure compliance, clarity, consistency, and brand alignment across all submissions.
  • Support proposal strategy and content development, including project narratives and team info.
  • Maintain and update collateral databases (project profiles, CVs, narratives and other marketing materials).
  • Conduct bid research and support opportunity tracking.
  • Assist with peer reviews and other team initiatives as needed.

Coordination + Execution

  • Coordinate proposal production, including gathering inputs from consultants and internal teams, reviewing content, and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Ensure data accuracy in marketing databases and oversee quality control of submissions.
  • Ensure all work aligns with the firm’s Project Delivery standards, including proper use of filing systems, adherence to architectural procedures, and compliance with drawing and documentation protocols.

Team + Culture

  • Participate in firm-wide marketing initiatives and brainstorming sessions
  • Able to work in a collaborative, in-office environment (100% in-office presence required to support direct team engagement and effective cross-functional coordination)

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree in marketing, communications, architecture, or related field
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in architecture, engineering, or design industries
  • Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, and other graphic design tools
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail.

We are currently seeking a Senior Proposal Specialist to join our Toronto Studio. The ideal candidate brings strong writing and editing skills, as well as a deep understanding of creating compelling proposals.

Job Summary

The Senior Proposal Specialist plays a key role in developing compelling, high-quality proposals that position the firm for success in competitive pursuits. Working closely with the Director of Business Development, this role leads the coordination, writing, and production of submissions that align with strategic goals and reflect the firm’s brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, writing, editing, and design of competitive proposals in response to RFPs, ensuring clarity, compliance, consistency, and alignment with brand and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the Proposal Manager and BD team to shape proposal strategy, including identifying strong project examples, crafting vision statements, and supporting positioning efforts.
  • Manage proposal timelines, responsibilities, and inputs from internal teams and external consultants to ensure timely, high-quality submissions.
  • Customize project profiles, team CVs, and other content to fit the unique requirements of each pursuit.
  • Compile and format submission documents and oversee their delivery.
  • Research and evaluate bid opportunities on assigned platforms, supporting go/no-go discussions with strategic insight.
  • Maintain and update accurate collateral databases, including project narratives, team CVs, and boilerplate content.
  • Conduct peer reviews of proposals to uphold quality standards and share best practices across the team.
  • Support broader marketing and business development initiatives as required.
