Our new studio, triple the size of our previous space, is located within the Mount Pleasant neighbourhood. Highly visible along Main Street, our studio is directly accessed from street level. We’re making several enhancements to the interior to increase accessibility and create a collaborative, open studio environment. Our plans include the addition of an outdoor patio at the rear of our building with a small vegetable garden and barbeque. We’re also installing bike racks within the studio to encourage our team to use alternative and active modes of transportation.

We first opened our doors in Vancouver in 2019. Led by Managing Director Marcos Hui and Senior Associate Margo Smith, work is delivered for both private and public sectors. Major projects underway include two hotel developments at 901 West Broadway and 791 West Georgia Street. The latter is a major conversion of the former Four Seasons Hotel into a new luxury hotel development for Cadillac Fairview. The project involves a complete renovation of the existing tower, with comprehensive seismic upgrades and an interior reconfiguration.
