The first phase of the Oak & Co. condominium project in Oakville has reached an important milestone, with the announcement of the first tower being move-in ready as early this summer. With the second tower slated for occupancy in the fall, this marks an important achievement for this project, which, once completed, will be composed of four towers ranging from 12 to 25-storeys in height.

As construction progresses the signature zigzag patterns that elegantly frame the buildings are now in full view, along with the white boxed balconies that punctuate each structure. A mixed-use development, phase 1 of Oak & Co. will incorporate retail and commercial space at street level, with amenity and residential spaces located above.

Located in a fast-growing neighborhood in the north part of Oakville, Oak & Co.’s location makes it easy to get anywhere on transit. Only 10 minutes from Oakville’s GO Station and steps away from the Uptown Core Bus Terminal, getting to local and regional destinations is convenient and practical. The condominiums are also a quick drive from highways 407 and 403 and have a multitude of shops and restaurants located within walking distance.

Zeidler has been working closely with Cortel Group since 2013, playing a role in the master planning of the site that would become Oak & Co. Subsequently, our team was engaged to provide architectural services for this project, ensuring the delivery of a quality development for Cortel and prospective residents. Our team is pleased to see this significant milestone be achieved and looks forward to seeing the Oak & Co. community come to life.
