A community meeting is scheduled for 2444 Eglinton Avenue East, a future mixed-use development adjacent to multi-nodal transit, community services and appealing parkland.

2444 Eglinton Avenue East is one of the 17 sites identified in the City of Toronto’s Housing Now Initiative which supports the City in achieving its target of 40,000 affordable rental and supportive homes by 2030.

Zeidler has been engaged by CreateTO to develop a reference concept that outlines the general size, type and heights of building and open spaces that could be developed on the site. The reference concept will support CreateTO in selecting a Developer Partner who will advance the design based on the preliminary guidelines.

The virtual meeting is taking place Tuesday April 13 from 7 to 9 pm online or by phone. To learn more about the project, visit CreateTO’s website here. To join the Community Consultation Meeting, register at this link
