Lucas is Vancouver’s Managing Principal, embodying more than 24 years of extensive experience in architecture and interior design. With both local and international experience across North America and Asia markets, Lucas brings a proven track record of success working at all levels of a project’s execution including design, project management, and regional operations.

Lucas provides senior leadership to our Vancouver team, helping effectively manage the complex challenges of each unique project. Playing a vital role in building and maintaining the foundations that empower our teams to excel, Lucas fosters an environment where people can thrive, ensuring our projects, clients, and the communities we serve all benefit from this robust support system. His commitment to utilizing an Integrated Design Process has allowed him to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, yielding exceptional results in residential, commercial, and cultural sectors.

Beyond his project management expertise, Lucas is passionate about advancing sustainable design practices. He has contributed to groundbreaking initiatives, such as the “Eco-scape” project, which focuses on the design and construction of sustainable super-tall buildings in densely populated cities.
