With a background as a structural technologist, Justin was driven toward Building Information Modeling (BIM) after seeing the benefits of 3D modeling and collaboration. Despite it not being his career focus at the time, he still quickly became the office go-to person for BIM guidance and support. His love of problem solving, knack for technology, and proficiency with coordination and management made him a natural fit for BIM management.

As his career focus shifted, Justin took his skills to the world of architecture where his knowledge of technology and BIM allows him to simply workflows and streamline repetitive tasks. Justin believes that BIM has been driven by the desires of architecture and interior design professionals to push technology and get the most out of what we’re producing every day. It is this desire for continuous improvement and the associated challenges that keep him engaged.
