Andrea joins Zeidler with over 21 years of experience leading the design and execution of diverse projects for both public and private clients. His global experience stems from his educational foundation in Italy and having worked for some of the most internationally renowned firms, including Kohn Pedersen Fox and Massimiliano Fuksas. His global perspective is grounded locally in his over thirteen years designing for Canadian firms WZMH and Diamond Schmitt Architects.

Andrea’s approach to design is contextual and integrated. He adapts his thinking to a range of scales from master plans to small, crafted pavilions. Skilled at digital and parametric tools, he uses technology to expand the potential for each design while often using his hand sketches to quickly show new ideas. His roles as Lead Designer guide the direction on each project as the vision holder, while ensuring consistency throughout the process from concept to construction. Andrea’s work has international awards and he has received acclaim from both critics and clients. Andrea is a licensed architect with the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and the Architectural Registration Board in the UK (ARB), as well as a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) as an International Associate.
