In collaboration with Munoz Albin Architects, our team carefully designed the development enhance pedestrian connectivity between the Westbrook LRT Station and 17th Avenue through visual and wayfinding elements.
Key Features: The residential lobbies face the public realm plaza for ease of access to the LRT station. The building massing factors in sunlight and wind studies, creating a comfortable environment for the buildings at grade. The design of the podium’s street-facing side provides residents and visitors alike with a vibrant community of retail, restaurants and services. In keeping with the intent for a truly Transit Oriented Design, an emphasis on bicycle storage and access is a main focus of the design. Significant residential amenities include a fitness centre, café/conference space, and a social lounge.
