Design Thinking: Olly Fresco’s had a simple objective for their two new restaurants- to provide a healthy and fresh daily variety of “on the go” food for the busy working professional. The design team at Zeidler was tasked with creating two fresh and sophisticated yet functional designs for both locations.
Key Features: Fresh materials and materials that were both durable and easy to clean tie in to the overall ease of the self serve function of the restaurant. The Zeidler team focused on incorporating bright and efficient lighting to draw attention to the various food stations and options.
