Lena is a technical architect with over 30 years of experience in the design and management of large, complex projects. Her Canadian and international experience spans industry sectors where she is able to balance design innovation with technical challenges. Her keen understanding of project delivery and analytical approach to problem solving make her a perceptive project leader. When faced with professional challenges, she approaches them with patience and grace.

Lena’s clear, honest communication style produces excellent outcomes which have often resulted in follow-up work requested by her clients, a testament to their satisfaction with her performance. Lena is a confident, driven leader with a calm and personable management approach that is particularly effective in facilitating collaboration across large, diverse teams. In our Toronto office, Lena champions the Lunch and Learn program ensuring our OAA members maintain the Continuing Education requirements.
