Zeidler has scaled up our business development, communications and marketing team with the appointments of Natasha Basacchi, Heather Williamson and Robyn Blair to key national roles.
These new appointments support the firm’s national growth strategy and accelerate our business goals. Under the leadership of Natasha, Heather and Robyn, the business development, communications and marketing team will implement strategies that optimize efforts across Canada and strengthen our national brand. “From brand to business development to proposal submissions, our new approach will better amplify our successes as a strong national full-service design firm,” says Natasha.
Natasha Basacchi has been appointed to National Director of Business Development and Communications. In this role, Natasha will collaborate with the firm’s senior leadership to implement strategies for new business opportunities and initiatives. Natasha will also guide external communications to drive our business development objectives and speak to the firm’s growth and legacy. “Zeidler has an incredible group of people who provide exceptional levels of service to our clients. I’m excited to develop authentic stories that clearly communicate what sets Zeidler apart.”
Heather Williamson has been appointed to National Director of Brand Strategy. In this role, Heather is responsible for evolving Zeidler’s brand as a national firm. Understanding market demand, she advises on key areas of growth that strengthen the connection to our people, clients, industry and the communities where we work. “I’m thrilled by the opportunity to build on our team’s successes and reinforce who we are as a company. We continue to advance several key components of our brand and culture to elevate our design, improve operations and affirm Zeidler as a great place to work. There are exciting things happening with our firm!”
Robyn Blair rejoins the firm as our National Proposal Manager. Under her leadership, we are optimizing our proposal assessment and development processes. “The shift to a national approach allows us to drive consistency, delivering high-quality services for our clients and partners across the country. It promotes greater internal collaboration – ensuring lessons learned and innovations from our national practice are communicated in each market we operate in.”
The team works directly with Partners Edward Chan and James Brown and are supported by Marketing Coordinators Francis May, Hannah Ewen and Kaila Forrest. “Our national business development and marketing approach promotes diverse views that better how we collaborate across all our offices,” says Edward. “Everything we do as a company is with a strategic lens and this is an exciting move for us as we grow across Canada. Under this team’s leadership, our national business practices will become stronger.”
