Zeidler is pleased to announce the appointment of Farima Vahid and Daniele Vezzoli to the Associate level. These promotions are in recognition of their outstanding leadership and commitment to quality work. Their ability to nurture relationships both within our culture and with clients have helped advance Zeidler’s values and our drive for excellence.

Farima Vahid brings over 20 years of architectural experience across industry sectors, with a particular focus in healthcare. As a critical thinker, she is skilled at balancing technical complexities with big picture visioning. Farima has been involved in numerous P3 (Public Private Partnerships) projects across Ontario in the roles of design and clinical planning. She has developed innovative approaches to patient room layouts and in the planning of maternity, pediatrics and emergency departments where she applies best practices and inventive design solutions. Farima brings a particular strength in working with diverse user groups where she believes cooperation and listening drive the best design solutions.

Farima’s strong design background is supplemented by her skills in BIM, which she uses to refine processes and best practices. Her ability to problem solve is evident in the way in which she develops innovative solutions to complex design challenges. A leader at Zeidler, Farima is motivated by transformation. She is involved in mentoring the firm’s younger architects and in building an internal culture of collaboration.

Daniele Vezzoli is a dynamic and ambitious architect and project manager. He is particularly skilled at resolving complex design and technical issues related to high-rise commercial, mixed-use and residential projects. Daniele’s enthusiasm for innovative design, coupled with his technical skills and problem solving attitude, create a unique harmony, helping to translate client challenges into design opportunities. Daniele’s focus on client partnerships and his keen interest in research, innovation and commercial real estate helps establish him as one of Zeidler’s key leaders.

Through his position as Co-Chair of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat “Future Leaders” Committee in Canada, Daniele hopes to foster dialogue between emerging professionals and industry experts. This dedication to open communication has led Daniele to develop a strong network for collaboration, translating into various business development opportunities for Zeidler.
