This 55-storey office tower is designed to overlook Chapultepec Park and stand out in the skyline as the highest tower in Mexico City, as well as in Central and South America. Its unique and memorable form creates a powerful presence. The play between the rectangular stone and the curved glass elements is visible and ever-changing as one drives along Paseo de la Reforma. The tower provides 900,000 sf of office space.
The cutback of the tower on the lower floors creates an impressive entrance within a plaza. The podium, designed to resemble lions’ paws reaching out and opening the plaza towards Paseo de la Reforma, was designed to bring life into this space with 36,000 sf of stores and restaurants. The glass lobby leading to the elevators sits like a conservatory within this magnificent space. On-site parking is provided for 2,000 cars.
