Design Thinking: Working closely with Oxford, our team was tasked to create a dramatic renovation of the building, originally built 1972 and 1981, that includes the redesign of new entry structures on both the east and west façades as well as the development of new entry lobbies into three of the four on-site towers to improve the functional requirements of pedestrian access.
Key Features: The project refurbished the design and finishes of the ground level interiors, plus 15 and plus 30 levels, and retail spaces. The project is LEED® certified to the Gold level for Commercial Interiors and was awarded Best Renovated Building in BOMA’s Outstanding Building of the Year Awards in 2012.
