Design Thinking: Occupying half of a city block in Calgary’s Victoria Park, Arriva is a mixed-use development that has acted as a catalyst for further area development and urban densification.
Key Features: The tower is anchored by a two-storey brick and limestone podium base containing more than 50,000 square feet of retail and commercial use space. The 34 storey tower is constructed of a pale green glass curtain wall and houses more than 150 condominium units. Unique to the site and building is the inclusion of two heritage structures including a sandstone school and a wood bungalow school.
