Edward brings 20 years of experience as a strategic thinker and leader in project delivery. His ability to lead highly complex assignments is demonstrated having been a team lead on projects in excess of five-billion dollars. As an accomplished architect and healthcare consultant, Edward is at the forefront of collaborative and healthcare design and has shown his abilities in each aspect of a project, from high-level to detailed involvement. Using his LEAN Yellow Belt training, Edward guides teams to understand issues, solve problems, and optimize work processes.

Edward’s ability to form strategic partnerships and his perseverance for success, resourcefulness, and improvisational skills have given him the recognition amongst his peers to “make it happen”. He has the proven ability to plan and execute complex initiatives, with the experience of over ten P3 (Private Public Partnership) projects. Edward regularly shares his knowledge and experience as a jury member for national/international design awards, presenting at conferences and events, including at SpArc and IIDEX, where he has spoken on innovation and collaboration in architecture and healthcare. Edward’s focus with Zeidler is leading the national marketing and business development team.
