New Partners at Zeidler's Toronto Office

Zeidler Partnership Architects is delighted to announce that two new Partners have joined our team, bringing our clients a wealth of architectural, project management and healthcare expertise.
We are thrilled to promote David Collins to Partner. Since joining Zeidler in 2004, David has been an invaluable member of our firm through the design and execution of a number of successful commercial, residential, and mixed-use high-rise projects. He was promoted to Associate in 2007, and has since become skilled at all phases of architectural design and project management. At this time, he is the Project Architect for the Grenadier Square residential redevelopment project, 2 Queen West, the new Toronto Eaton Centre Queen Street pedestrian bridge, and the Bow Valley Square Redevelopment in Calgary. David’s leadership has been an asset to both to our firm and to our clients who have come to trust his diligence and problem-solving ability.
Our firm is pleased to welcome the addition of Edward Chan as Partner. Edward is an accomplished architect and healthcare consultant with over 17 years of experience in healthcare strategy and project delivery. Edward is known to be a highly analytical, astute risk manager, proven facilitator and strategic thinker. He has led and executed projects in excess of $1 billion, including the Michael Garron Hospital Planning and Design Compliance and the North York General Hospital Strategic Capital Investment and Development Plan.
Edward was previously Vice President and Eastern Canada Health Market Leader at CannonDesign. He has emerged as a thought leader with recent speaking engagements on innovative thinking in architecture. His innovations include employing Design Thinking on healthcare strategic engagements. As a LEAN certified professional, Edward is trained in process improvement and efficiency which he employs organizational best practices within the healthcare industry. He strongly believes in forging key partnerships with public and private sectors for collaborative problem solving. We welcome his strengths in business development, healthcare strategy, partnering and innovation.
