Arriva is a mixed-use development that occupies half a city block of land in Calgary’s Victoria Park neighbourhood. It has been the catalyst of this area’s redevelopment. The 34 storey tower is constructed of a pale green glass curtain wall and houses 200 condominium units.
The tower is anchored by a two-storey brick and limestone podium base containing 54,000 ft2 of retail and commercial-use space on the east end. The centre portion of the 3.1 acre site features the adaptive reuse of two historic structures; a sandstone school, and a wood bungalow school.
